Sexual Health screening for Women |

The Fleet Street Clinic offers a wide range of sexual health tests for Women, in a choice of two "packages".
Standard Sexual Health Screen for Women
This involves tests for:
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhoea
- Mycoplasma
- Ureaplasma
- Trichomonas
- Gardnerella
- Herpes simplex types 1 and 2
For your comfort, a urine sample for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing ? which detects DNA of the respective organisms ? may be all that is required, but this will be discussed with the doctor at the time of the consultation.
Guide price: £220 including professional and laboratory fees.
"Standard Plus" Sexual Health Screen for Women
This includes the above plus a high vaginal swab for:
- microscopy (incl. testing for candida (thrush, yeast)
- culture (incl. testing for group B streptococcus)
Guide price: £270 including professional and laboratory fees.
Full Sexual Health Screen for Women
This includes the above plus a blood test for:
- HIV type 1 and 2
- Syphilis
- Hepatitis B and C
(Guide price £320,-, including professional fees)
All three packages include a full consultation - an in-depth discussion about your sexual health; our clinicians will adapt your tests to your medical requirements. A follow up consultation to give you your results is included in the fee, though any subsequent tests that might become necessary would be at additional cost.
