| We still have a limited stock of rabies vaccine, despite supply problems
that followed a global product recall of one of the main vaccine brands. If
you need vaccination against rabies, please contact the clinic as soon as
possible. |

| Dukoral now available (12/05/2004) |

| Dukoral, the new cholera vaccine, is now available at the Fleet Street
Clinic. Dukoral also protects against the commonest form of travellers’
diarrhoea (caused by ETEC, or enterotoxigenic E Coli). No needles! –
Dukoral comes in the form of a fizzy drink. Two doses are needed, a week apart.

| Important news about rabies vaccine recall (10/04/2004) |

| Aventis Pasteur MSD recalled its rabies vaccine on Friday
2nd April 2004 following a safety alert. We would like to
reassure all clients of the Fleet Street Clinic that none
of the affected vaccine batches have ever been used at our
practice, and that we still have a good stock of unaffected
vaccine. Please contact the Clinic directly on 020 7353 5678
if you need further advice or information.

| Drug resistant malaria is now so common in Tanzania that the government has resorted to banning the importation of the drug. Travellers to East Africa should no longer, in our view, take chloroquine for malaria prevention. |
